Innovative and Powerful Solution for Difficult Grounds
Self-Drilling Anchor System
Self-Drilling Anchor - SDA
Self-drilling bolting system provides a reliable and effective anchoring solution in hard and fractured rock formations, gravelly, clayey, soft and heterogeneous grounds. Performing drilling, anchoring and injection processes in a single step provides a faster, safer and more economical application opportunity compared to traditional methods.
Working Principle of the System
Self-drilling bolts have a hollow structure and a special drilling drill bit is mounted on the tip. During the drilling process, cement or injection mortar is injected at the same time, ensuring the stabilization of the ground. In this way, the risk of collapse or loss of filling material is eliminated and the system can be applied reliably even in the most difficult grounds.
A Durable, Reliable and Long-Lasting Solution
Self-Drilling Bolting System
Advantages
- One-Step Application: Drilling, anchoring and injection processes are performed simultaneously.
- Effective in Difficult Grounds: Provides high efficiency in gravelly, loose or heterogeneous structures.
- Fast and Economical: Requires less labor and time compared to traditional systems.
- High Carrying Capacity: Resistant to sudden loads and vibrations.
- Wide Range of Use: Can be used in many engineering applications such as tunnels, deep excavations, slope stabilization, dams and foundation reinforcement.
